A December To Remember!

Exhibit Open With Open House '08!

On Thursday, December 5, 2008 the Antique Tin Toys exhibit was opened by curtor Pat Burke, with a presentation by noted collector and dealer Paul Hamelberg. Mr Hamelberg discussed the origin of many toys, the companies which produced the toys, and the possible value of many of the toys. He noted that the smile on the face of everyone in the audience was one of his reasons for ciollecting antique toys. They make everyone feel happy!

Following Mr. Hamelberg's presentation refreshments, prepared by Howard and Mary Frances Miske, were served. This afternoon was the start of a two day Museum Open House.
