Quilts In Autumn '09
Our Quilts In Autumn for 2009 opened on November 5, and continued through November 8. Once again there was a magnificent display of quilts, both antique and modern. More than 175 works of art were presented throughout the Pierson-Sculthorp house for all to enjoy. Karen Dever was on hand with an interesting discussion, and Ellie Greco was available to appraise quilts for guests who needed that service. Our Little Treasures Boutique provided an early nopportunity for some Christmas shopping. We had over 150 visitors to the show, several of whom decided to become OCHS members. This fantastic event raised about $1,800 to help the Society comntinue to Tell The Stories Of Ocean County.
