Model Train Show '12

An Exciting Annual Event!

Welcome to our Model Train Show 2012! Sponsored by OCHS and presented by the Ocean County Society of Model Railroaders, this is one of our most popular annual events! This year two full layouts were displayed for guests' enjoyment. We also saw a Lego block layout that was very popular with our younger guests, who were encouraged to operate the trains! In the Strickler Research Center guests viewed films of railroads and events presented by a member of the Society of Model Railroaders. After enjoying the train show most guests also toured the Museum.

The 2012 Model Railroad Show brought more than 500 members and friends to the Museum throughout the weekend. Thank you to the Society of Model Railroaders for presenting the event. We look forward to next year's show!
