Clean & Green
Saturday, June 7, 2008 was the date of the 35th annual Toms River Founders' Day, and OCHS was there to help with the celebration! The theme of Founders Day this year was "Clean & Green." Thanks to the efforts of Mary Ellen Hudson the OCHS booth was beautifully decorated to promote that theme. Throughout the day volunteers sold books, maps, and documents, as well as many items of interest to younger visitors. At the end of the day our group of tired volunteers smiled as they took pride in another job well done for the OCHS!
